the vests with sleeves (FVM, etc) should be available with molded cups. the current styles don't fit larger than B cup

Marena is considering to discontinue these styles due to low sales volume. What do you think? Is a men's bodysuit to the ankle necessary?

We recently asked our distributors that attended our bi-annual meeting about made to measure garments and they expressed interest. What this means is that we are able to tailor a current style to fit the measurements of a patient. This does not mean we would add or remove parts of the garment, just make the garment fit a desired range of given measurements.
Please let us know if you find made to measure valuable to you.

A customer asked me if it might be better to make our measuring tape out of our F5-certified ComfortWeave fabric. The fabric tape could be wrapped around the body zone and pulled through some sort of loop device until it was tight enough and fell within a size zone.
Interesting. From our research, we know exactly how much pressure the fabric imparts on the body as it is stretched. We could mark the fabric with size designators and guarantee the pressure if the garment is sized within the designators. outside the designators and the patient/professional would know the garment will be tighter or looser than 18-22mmHg.

we need ME-600 in size 2XS - asian bodies are smaller than americans.

At the FBB-Models as well as at the Bras BA and BR (for example) the seams of the breast-part goes directly over the mamilla and some doctors have doubts that the sutures will pinch the patient after surgery.

would be a great idea to have this as a new design. do not want to use FTRS/SM because want the breasts to be uncovered

I would like to see a camisol with long sleevs. I currently own a camisol and I would love to have sleeves that way when I go running in morning my hands will be covered. Please let me know if this is something that you will have in the near future!

the body garment cuts into a lot of our patients at the groin. It would great to have a higher cut leg design as that is what our patient are use to in their under garments today. The longer leg garment is fine in fact great! thanks Cathy

Also I really thing we have to have garments with holes in the toosh here in Peru they want more. and there is a model of other brand with holes and it is confortable. - submitted by Sara Wilson on behalf of Sally Chrem

the styles are very similar. only differences are: ME-850 has wider shoulder straps, more back coverage, and contouring seams on the abdomen. The FBBA2 has only sold 170 units this year (compared to other styles selling thousands, this is very low). If we can eliminate the FBBA2 style and some other slow-moving styles, I think it will be easier for patients and doctors to select a garment. Rather than continuously adding styles, we should try to consolidate similar styles.

is uncomfortable and not necessary. guys don't want the garment to show under clothes. velcro shows. (submitted by Sara Wilson on behalf of Dr. Scott Ingram)

FBA HOOK & EYE CROTCH FLAP SHOULD LONGER 1-3 INCHES SO IT FASTENS A BIT HIGHER FOR EASIER REACH BY HEAVIER PATIENTS AND ALSO A LITTLE BIT NAROWER (IT IS TOO WIDE) We receiver reports that heavier patients that the crotch strap fastens too low and they have a hard time opening and closing crotch flap after procedures as it is difficult to bend over and look for the strap. Once they open it to go to the bathroom, it is hard for them to close it back without help. Heavier patients also reported irritation on the sides as the flap is a bit too wide.

The male vest for men with larger more muscular arms cuts into the under arms and digs in. If they go up a size they don't get the proper amount of compression. Is there any way that some sort of velcro extenders could be provided upon request?

We suggest adding an FBT model for those doing tummy, waist and hip work
From an economical perspective, this model would be more versatile than an LBT, probably more commonly used.

Some men have the MV rolling up even the band is wide, can it be a new style mixing MG and MV with open crotch similar as female girdles.

*submitted by Sara Wilson on behalf of Christiane Shepherd - sales rep in Australia* We like the new B12 a lot but think maybe it needs to have a removable strap incorporated to keep the bra from slipping down.

would like to male garments with zippers on side. And MBL not all the way to the ankles but below the knee.

SOME PATIENTS LIKE THE B11 BUT ASKED TO HAVE A MORE SEXIER BRA BASED ON SAME DESIGN WITH WIDE ELASTIC BAND AT THE BOTTOM AND ADJUSTABLE STRAPS BUT LOWER CUT BREAST LINE LIKE B08 IN THE FRONT.
THEY SAID THE B08 NARROW ELASTIC BAND WAS NOT COMFORTABLE, THEY LIKE THE ADJUSTABLE STRAPS AND WIDE BOTTOM BAND OF THE B11 DESIGN, BUT WANTED TO SHOW MORE BREAST FOR GARMENTS WITH LOW DECOLLETE (LOW CUT BUST LINE)

several nurses have expressed concern over the seams on sleeves, as the seam rests on the brachioplasty incision. One nurse suggested that we move the seam to rest on the top of the arm (opposite to were a sleeve seam would normally reast). Submitted by Terrell at Marena

Nurse in WA suggest that we add some sort of pocket or Velcro flap to attach drains to our FB series. Patients are currently managing with drains coming out of the top of the garment but suggests an opening at hip area, below the breast.
